Damn, lockdown! Let us bring you to the last walk before heatwaves, yellow-dry fields and Spring’s cancellation.

The fields looked endless and the skies were saturated blue. The strong colors screamed to us and it all seemed an ode to nature – Mother Earth showing her maximum splendor. Our gaze was lost among the winding silhouettes and a silent loneliness…Was it a warning before closure?
In the end, we just want to be like Van Gogh and aspire to love nature to understand more about art and beauty. Surely for Vincent the landscapes he observed in Arles were just as alive, just as magnetic. It is not ‘The Starry Night’, it is ‘The endless fields’.

As twilight comes closer, a strong orange light hits our faces making our eyes narrow. A hand is placed in front of the face – as if we were observing something that dazzles. Long fingers’ massive shadows reflect on us. They look like someone else’s hands: the hands of the sun trying to touch us.
We dress loosely, so that the breeze of an early Spring removes the wrinkles of the clothes.
There is a strange calm on the fields. We want to join it, but at the same time we want to break it.
We jump through the fields and create our own dance ritual. The freshly cut green grass is so appealing that we’re so tempted to recreate the cover of Childhood or foolishly look at the sky like Elio and Oliver until the sun goes down.
