We’re finally saying goodbye to 2020 but in this December Playlist we’re just not feeling the Christmas spirit that much this year.

We’re finally saying goodbye to 2020 but in this December Playlist we’re just not feeling the Christmas spirit that much this year.

We’re finally saying goodbye to 2020 and hopefully all its craziness. We didn’t want a playlist full of Carey’s and Bublé’s tunes since you’re probably sick of them already – we’re not the Grinch though. We’re just not feeling the Christmas spirit that much this year.

However, we managed to create a collection of rather sexy records to say farewell to all the collective bad memories of these months. This December playlist is an ode to intimacy, crackling fire sounds from the fireplace, red smooth wine and lowlights at home.

December Playlist starts with a real ice breaker called Fever, covered by Presley in the early sixties and continues with a contemporary classic like Me & Mr. Jones, by Amy Winehose.

The list also features some least known tunes from very well known artists, like Higher Higher – a rare piece from Timberlake’s latest record -, Fire and the Thud – part of Arctic Monkeys’ first works – or Nasty Naughty Boy – a ‘nasty’ tune from Grammy winning ‘Back to basics’ by Christina Aguilera. There’re still some classics and newcomers, but we guess it’s better if you just press play and discover them.
You can find the rest of our monthly recommendations at the Playlist Archive.
